By downloading or using Scravi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Scravi to:

• Violate any applicable laws or third-party terms of service (including Google Maps' terms)
• Collect data for spamming or unsolicited contact
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the App without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

4. Data Responsibility

Scravi scrapes publicly accessible business data from Google Maps. You are solely responsible for how you use any data obtained. You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. No Warranty

Scravi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data obtained will be accurate or lawful to use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Scravi.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

8. Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
